Our Core Service Strategy
Leaders go first
We've noticed a distinct pattern during the past 20 years of our agile coaching experience. It’s both an anti-pattern and a success pattern.
In cases where the leadership team fully embraced agile principles and learning, going first and personally leading the effort, the probability of a successful and sustained transformation was high.
In cases where the leadership team delegated “going Agile” downward towards their teams and organizations, not personally engaging or leading the effort, then the probability of a successful and sustained transformation was low.
Given that, in the last few years, RGCG and our coaches have adopted a—Leaders Go First strategy in our engagements. We’re not stuck on the specifics of it, but we want our client leaders to understand the critical part their sustained engagement creates in their overall success.
You can read more about the dynamics of this strategy here.
